I remember watching Rocky Bleier play when I was in grade school. Being from Wisconsin and having the Packers suck at that time, watching Rocky made me into a Steelers fan until the Majik Man in 1989. What an example of patriotism, courage, and will to succeed.

Both Shula and Noll played for Paul Brown with the Cleveland Browns and built and coached their teams nearly identically.

I'm 67 now...do the math...lol...I grew up 25 minutes from St Vincent College, by bicycle...lol...I saw it all...have 3 practice jerseys...got to touch them as they ended the practices, running between the " snow fence "...have pictures...as i got older...saw them at the local bars... Spring training here in Latrobe... Here we go Steelers, Here we go!!!!!!

This brought back memories of not just football. But changing times in the 1970’s. For me being a kid and seeing his face on the cover of Sports Illustrated was impactful. Great example of manhood✊🏾
